   Vanchurin's theory (the World as a neural network) substantiates the neural picture of the world and completely rejects the atomistic picture of the world.
  
  The neural picture of the world is proposed as an alternative to the atomistic picture of the world [1]. To prove that atomism is by no means the only physically based worldview. We emphasize - namely PHYSICALLY BASED. There are more than enough philosophical alternatives to atomism. Here and holism and Platonism and the noosphere and much more. But none of these teachings has a physical foundation. Therefore, they are all perceived as divorced from the reality of the doctrine of armchair scholastics. And atomism continues to dominate - as supposedly the only possible physically justified worldview.
  The neural picture of the world is based on the fact that the Schrödinger equation for the simplest quantum object from two basic states is, in essence, a program that describes the simplest fragment of some neural network of two neurons [2]. If this simplest object is a fragment of a neural network, then the entire Universe as a whole can also be represented as a giant neural network. A little yet more difficult...
  Newton calculated the fall of an apple and realized that he could predict the dynamics of the Universe in the same way. This became the physical justification for atomism. Here we follow his example.
  The neural picture of the world can serve as the foundation for many concepts not yet recognized by academic science - in biology, evolution, genetics, philology [3-8]. But now the neural picture of the world itself receives an authoritative physical justification in the theory of the American professor Vitaly Vanchurin [9].
  Vanchurin considered some neural network, wich capable of learning. And he showed that in the process of learning this neural network, the concepts of space-time, the laws of quantum mechanics, the general theory of relativity and macroscopic observers emerge in it. That is, all these concepts are no longer fundamental physical categories, but are only consequences of a deeper principle - the learning of the Universe (aka neural network) as a single entire reality. In the process of learning this neural network (aka the Universe), fragments saturated with neural connections and nodes are gradually exfoliated in it, budding off - macroscopic observers, cells, molecules, atoms, and finally elementary particles.
  Thus, Vanchurin substantiated the main position of the neural picture of the world - that the Universe at the most fundamental level is a neural network. True, in the neural picture of the world, this provision is based on the similarity of the Schrödinger equation and the dynamics of the simplest fragment of a neural network, not at all prone to learning. Vanchurin dug much deeper. For him, the Schrödinger equation itself (as well as other physical laws) arises in the process of learning a neural network. But for the neural picture of the world, this is not so important - where did the laws of quantum mechanics come from. Whether they are the fundamental principles of the Universe or emerge in the dynamics of the evolution of some even more fundamental reality. The essence of the neural picture of the world is not at all in this. But in extrapolation from physical laws to ideas about the origin and development of the Universe [10].
  The Schrödinger equation, no matter where it comes from, is the indisputable, experimentally confirmed foundation of all quantum theory. On this foundation, one can build various pictures of the world - in the process of extrapolating ideas about the world order beyond the limits of the physical laboratory.
  The atomistic picture of the world preserves the extrapolation of classical mechanics. As if there was no quantum mechanics. Quantum effects act, ostensibly, only in the microcosm. And as the object grows larger, the quantum effects are averaged and actually disappear [8]. So it would be if the entire dynamics of the Universe were determined at the micro level - in accordance with the principles of reductionism. However, so far it has been proved only that the dynamics of elementary objects is determined at the micro level. And the behavior of more complex systems has not yet been proven. For them, it is only SUPPOSED that their behavior is determined solely by the movement of the constituent particles. In this assumption - taken on faith from Epicurus - lies the essence of atomism.
  In the neural picture of the world, the approach is completely different. It is assumed here that the wave function of a physical object is only the simplest example of an array of unobservable information, based on which a decision is made about the further behavior of the object. In the simplest (physical) case, this decision is made by an equiprobable sample over a certain spectrum of possibilities. At the micro level, all this happens in exactly the same way as in atomism. But extrapolating the neural picture of the world from physical objects to more complex systems suggests that more complex arrays of unobservable information and more advanced decision-making algorithms can (and even should) exist. As a result, it is assumed that the development of the universe is determined not at the micro level, but in the higher unobservable (invisible) world. In the struggle of higher personal essences, generalizing in themselves the actions of individual individuals, societies and forces of nature [8].
   Obviously, Vanchurin's theory substantiates the neural picture of the world and completely rejects the atomistic picture of the world. Indeed, the principle of the learning of the Universe as a single entire reality, which is put into the very foundation of the worldview, fundamentally contradicts the very foundations of atomism. And the assumption that in the process of learning in the Universe neurons and connections that form separate personal entities are gradually grouped together, absolutely corresponds to the principles of the neural picture of the world. After all, the Vanchurin Universe generalizes and centralizes all these personalities that emerge in it in a single integrity in itself. In turn, a similar hierarchy is established among emerging personalities. After all, it is obvious that large neurofragments will first exfoliate from a single Neuroverse. Later, smaller fragments peel off from these large fragments - personifying macroscopic observers. At the same time, large fragments of the neural network generalize with their influence and control the actions of the individuals under their care (in the neural sense) [11]. And only then microscopic fragments peel off from small fragments - cells, molecules, atoms, particles. All this is absolutely consistent with the principles of the neural picture of the world, which assumes the existence of higher (dynamic) personalities that control the behavior of static personalities - macroscopic observers in Vanchurin's terminology. So, the whole Universe as a whole acquires certain personality traits.
   Well, how can one not remember Purusha - the essence from whose body the Universe was created. It is only necessary to clarify that this Purusha must definitely study!
   An atom can be pinched off from the Universe. But this does not mean that the Universe consists of atoms. On the contrary, the development of the Universe is determined not by the movement of atoms, but by the struggle of higher beings who direct the flows of observed events for their own personal purposes, inaccessible and incomprehensible to macroscopic observers [12].
