A world filled with lilacs. A story.

Yesterday Sergei Sergeevich was walking along a unique street. He was looking at the lawns and examing flowers - tulips - of extraordinary beauty. The shape of these tulips was extraordinary, the color was wonderful.

A man came out of a side street and walked ahead of Sergei Sergeevich. The man was holding a bouquet of white and blue lilacs.

Sergei Sergeevich turned his gaze to the lilac bush, which was a few steps ahead of him.

Sergei Sergeevich did a stop for a moment, tilted a branch and breathed in the scent of lilac. It smells great. Sergei Sergeevich strode briskly forward.

A man with a bouquet of lilacs (walking in front of Sergei Sergeevich) entered one of the gates on the street with tulips.

The next day, in the morning, Sergei Sergeevich drank coffee and imagined a blooming lilac.

Out of the corner of his ear, he heard that in some organization there was a rule: to walk not "just like that", but with guards. It's a common thing (for our time), - Sergei Sergeevich remains indifferent. The man out of radio adds: "With security, with guards, the risk of abduction is reduced."

This slightly piqued Sergei Sergeevich's attention: it turns out that the guards are designed to prevent the abduction? What could be the subject of abduction?

A man who picks a bouquet of lilacs can steal the tulips growing on the lawn! No! Hardly! The tulips have grown, no one has touched them.

Sergei Sergeevich's thoughts returned to the blooming lilac.

He went out his home for a morning walk. From time to time he stopped near the lilac bushes and felt a faint smell spreading in surrounding space.

  A crossroad. A traffic light.

A few dozen meters before the traffic light, a man jumped out from the side (apparently he is from the southern regions). Sergei Sergeevich approached the traffic light, turned his head and noticed that a man who jumped out from the side was looking at him.

Why can a stranger be so interested - in Sergei Sergeevich so much?

Sergei Sergeevich turned his head in the other direction and saw bushes of blooming lilacs.

The stranger is looking not at Sergei Sergeevich, he is admiring the lilacs! (There are flowers of extraordinary beauty in the south now!)

Sergei Sergeevich hurried across the street.

There are some cultural objects between the multi-storey buildings, around which lilacs are blooming.

Nicely. Sergei Sergeevich approached the chain-link fence, behind which lilac bushes are visible.

He admires the lilacs and involuntarily notices that there is paper attached to the chain-link fence. On the paper is a photograph of a man who looks like a Rostselmash plant worker. There is an inscription on top: "Help to find a person!" (born in 1962; there has been no information about him since April 22, 2025).

"He probably didn't even have time to get his pension...", Sergei Sergeevich thinks. It' would be good for Sergei Sergeevich - to be distracted from the beauty of lilacs and from inhaling its smell... To starting busy with a serious affairs...

  Sergei Sergeevich goes further.

Right in the middle of the city, among the residential spaces - houses and courtyards - there is a construction site surrounded by a blind fence.

On one side is a fence, and parallel to the fence (which enclosing the construction site) is a row of dense lilac bushes.

There are several parallel paths between these two lines (between a fence and a row of dense bushes).

Some people are walking nearby, probably they are also admiring the lilacs.

It's nice, there are almost no people. You walk along the path, admiring the blooming lilacs.

The secluded walking space is coming to an end. There is a perpendicular street ahead.

Suddenly, like in a theatrical production, the scenery changes.

Ahead, as if from nowhere, a group of guys appears. The age is about 18 to 20 years old.

They look as if they just got off the train after a long fun trip, without having had time to rest and tidy themselves up, but they equipped with some cans and bottles.

They are standing right on the path along which Sergei Sergeevich is walking, is enjoying the blooming lilacs. He shifts to a parallel path, closer to the fence. One of the visitors to the 'hot spots' separates from the campaign, crosses the (new) path that Sergei Sergeevich is following, and comes maximum closer to the fence.

Polite Sergei Sergeevich turns around and goes to (another) path that stretches closer to the line of bushes.

In the theater, everything happens more slowly, in the cinema, events develop faster.

There is a barely noticeable confusion on the faces of the company.

The guy parts off the fence and returns to the main group.

They were standing on the path just now. And so they all, as one, go to an old car (from the Lada family) and get into the car, simultaneously.

They don't look like employees of the Higher Attestation Commission (ВАК). How did they fit in the car - did they sit in the back seat according to the 2-1-2 scheme?

Something makes Sergei Sergeevich to look around. Behind him, enjoying the blooming lilac, are moving a man and a woman, aged 55-65. It seems that these are the ones he noticed before he started walking between a blind fence and a line of flowering lilac bushes.

A group of guys (with cans and bottles) who dived into the car attracted the attention of not only of Sergei Sergeevich, but also of the couple who were walking behind him.

A man and a woman stare in surprise at the car inside which the company has disappeared.

It's nice to walk "arm in arm", to breathe in the wonderful smell, to admire the lilacs!

  Sergei Sergeevich completes his walk.

There's another traffic light ahead. There is a kiosk with various flowers nearby. Women selling fresh blooming lilacs are standing and sitting before the pedestrian crossing.

Please: you may to take out your wallet the cash, to pay, to get beautiful flowers without any problems!

People are walking along the sidewalk with bouquets of lilacs.

The world is filled with lilacs!
