More interesting is another: what is the position of the Russian authorities? It is quite permissible to assume that such a position is expressed by the Ambassador of Russia to Turkey.

But such a reader has a huge hill of information about the activities of "Russial diplomacy" in Ukraine and its results. The activity of only Chernomyrdin - did it not give a magnificent result?
