Congratulations from the Chinese Bogdykhan on the holiday of March 2 inspired Alexander Kerensky. A historical fairy tale.
Alexander Fyodorovich met the cold March 1918 in Finland.
The life in Finland was much more comfortable than life in Soviet Russia. On the one hand, Alexander Fyodorovich did not lose touch with the native country; on the other hand, he lived in relative safety and comfort.
However, the Finns asked for help from Germany. German troops were to come to the aid of Mannerheim. Alexander Fyodorovich faced a need to move back from Finland to the Soviet Petrograd.
Alexander Fyodorovich's mood soured. At his call, his supporter (woman) arrived. She was a member of the democratic Russial movement. She took a task to resolve organizational issues related to departure of Alexander Fyodorovich from Finland.
"I told her about my situation." - Alexander Fyodorovich wrote later in his memoirs (A. Kerensky, "My Life in the Underground"). - 'A few days later she went to Petrograd and returned with the following message: 'Your friends asked me to dissuade you from returning. It would be pointless now." Together with this message, she also brought congratulations from the Chinese Bogdykhan to Alexander Fyodorovich in connection of the holiday of March 2.
In the events of March 2, 1917, Alexander Fyodorovich did not take the central, main participation, but still, he was pleased to receive congratulations.
To Petrograd, back, Alexander Fyodorovich rode in a dirty, overcrowded third-class carriage. When leaving the railway car, he fell face down in the dirty snow. Danger reigned around: Dzerzhinsky arranged and set up nets.
But the congratulations of the Chinese Bogdykhan gave cheerfulness.
Alexander Fyodorovich remembered the past days and began to write a book of memoirs.
His book "The Case of Kornilov" was published in the summer of 1918 in Moscow.
