In the new financial situation, it is first necessary to exert a useful influence on astronauts (give them a pleasant bonus in the form of a sharply increased salary), and then gradually reduce the number of manned launches, switch to the use of robots and artificial intelligence. Neither robots nor artificial intelligence will criticize influential people, their actions and decisions.
